We're out! 

 

But there are still many people without power, and it might go on for two or three more weeks. 

We're Snowed In Again

We got a *lot* of snow and ice yesterday and last night, and our road is closed.  Since it isn't supposed to warm up until this weekend, I don't imagine we'll be able to get out until Monday -- so my bookshelf is on hold until the road clears.  If you've sent me a book, don't panic.  It's most likely at the post office -- I just can't get there to pick it up.  :-)

1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die

Well, I *was* working my way through this list!  But they came out with a new edition of the book which, of course, does not have five of the books I read this year on it anymore!  Pfffft!  Not going to chase the list.  I have too many books to read for that.
